Refunds & Returns

We want you to be confident in your order. This policy explains your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and how to claim a refund or replacement.

1. 14-day cooling-off period

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to tell us you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

2. Hygiene exemption (important)

Food supplements are sealed for hygiene and food-safety reasons. Once the tamper seal has been broken or the product opened, the right to cancel under the cooling-off period no longer applies. This is permitted under Regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Unopened products in original, undamaged packaging can be returned for a full refund within the 14-day window.

3. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply. If a product is faulty, damaged, past its best-before date on arrival, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we will provide a full refund or replacement, with return postage covered by us.

4. How to return

1. Email returns@leopard-fuel.com with your order number and reason.
2. We'll reply within 2 working days with return instructions and an address.
3. Post the item back to us. For non-faulty returns, the return postage cost is yours; we recommend tracked delivery.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 14 days, to the original payment method.

5. Membership cancellations

Pride membership can be cancelled at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current billing period. If you cancel within 14 days of first signing up and have not yet used any member discount, you are entitled to a full refund — email hello@leopard-fuel.com.

6. Subscriptions and recurring orders

Where applicable, recurring product orders can be paused or cancelled from your account before the next dispatch date. Once a recurring order has been dispatched it follows the standard returns rules above.
