Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms govern your use of the Leopard Supplements website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

1. About us

Leopard Supplements Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. Trading address and company number will be added once formally registered. Contact: hello@leopard-fuel.com.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 or over to place an order.
• By ordering you confirm you are not pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition without first consulting a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Products

Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always read the label and recommended daily dose. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

4. Orders & pricing

• Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Acceptance of your order happens when we send the dispatch confirmation email; until then no contract exists.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues). If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.

5. Membership ("Join the Pride")

• Membership grants 15% off all orders for the duration of the active subscription.
• Membership renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
• You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Intellectual property

All branding, copy, imagery, and design on this site is owned by Leopard Supplements Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
